Disconnect Instagram or TikTok

1. Sign in to Nuvilo and open Profile → Account settings.
2. Under Connected accounts, choose Disconnect for Instagram or TikTok.
3. Nuvilo removes the stored provider connection and encrypted tokens. Your creator-entered public handle remains until you edit or remove it separately.

You can also revoke Nuvilo from the provider's own connected-app settings. If you revoke there first, contact us if the Nuvilo connection does not clear as expected.

Delete your Nuvilo account

1. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile → Account settings → Delete account.
3. Type Account Deletion Confirmed exactly as shown, then choose Confirm account deletion.

This permanently removes the authenticated Nuvilo account, synced creator workspace, and stored social connections, then clears the workspace from that browser.

What may remain

Messages already accepted by an email provider or received by a brand or copied creator inbox may remain under those parties' retention practices. Limited security, suppression, transaction, or legal-compliance records may also be retained when required to protect users, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, or comply with law. They are not used to recreate your workspace.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@nuvilo.app from the address associated with the account and use the subject “Nuvilo data deletion request.” We may ask for reasonable verification before acting so another person cannot delete your account.

Do not send passwords, Google credentials, Instagram credentials, TikTok credentials, access tokens, or government identity documents by email.
