Accepting these Terms

By creating an account or using Nuvilo, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where you live and able to enter a binding agreement.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login methods, and activity performed through your account. Notify hello@nuvilo.app if you believe the account has been compromised.

What Nuvilo provides

Nuvilo can organize creator-entered profile information, retrieve bounded public evidence, present research-backed brand routes, prepare editable outreach, and record delivery or engagement signals. Research scores describe available evidence; they are not predictions.

Nuvilo does not guarantee replies, collaborations, revenue, or brand deals. Nuvilo is not affiliated with a listed brand, Google, Instagram, Meta, or TikTok unless expressly stated.

Creator-controlled outreach

No pitch is intended to be sent without your explicit review and confirmation of the brand, masked recipient, subject, and message. You remain responsible for your claims, content, offers, compliance with applicable marketing and anti-spam laws, and any relationship formed with a brand.

You may not use Nuvilo for deceptive, unlawful, infringing, harassing, high-volume unsolicited, or abusive communication; to impersonate another person; or to bypass product, provider, or recipient safeguards.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Nuvilo a limited permission to host, process, transform, and transmit it only as needed to operate and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed for content, profile handles, and proof links you provide.

Connecting Google, Instagram, or TikTok is optional and governed by the provider's terms. You may revoke access through Nuvilo or the provider where supported.

Public research and third parties

Brand and creator evidence may come from public sources and can become stale, incomplete, or unavailable. Third-party services, sites, and providers are outside Nuvilo's control. Their terms, availability, and data practices apply when you use them.

Beta status, plans, and changes

Nuvilo is an evolving beta. Features may change, pause, or be removed. Prices or plan descriptions shown before checkout launches are informational; the current public page cannot charge or activate paid access. Any future paid terms will be presented before a charge.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Nuvilo or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, recipients, providers, or the service, comply with law, or address a material breach. Where practical, we will provide notice and a way to contact us.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nuvilo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of public-source data, provider delivery, or any commercial outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact
